The Berkeley Public Library, CA joined the Boulder Public Library, CO and the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial Library in DC
in raising some chalk dust in the Libraries of this country with CHALK4PEACE. About 50 young artists decorated the peace symbol
in front of the Library Sept. 17. Erica Dean Glenn, Senior Librarian, Children’s Department spearheaded this project with assistance
from John Aaron, C4P Global Project Founder. We thank the young artists who joined in CHALK4PEACE here in downtown Berkeley.
