In Arlington, VA, Crystal City BID sponsored an ongoing interactive CHALK4PEACE event next to the Airplane Sculpture called "CHALK IT UP"
by Rob Mandle, an amazing work of art that allowed passersby to leave their chalk mark during the week of September 18, 2008.
The Bright Horizons Day Care Center brought a different class to draw every day!
We thank Charles Gray and Crystal City BID for his insight and vision of what forms CHALK4PEACE can take;
