John Aaron - Artist and Director
This gallery is under construction.
The Destiny Arts Center and the N. Oakland Community Charter School not only joined CHALK4PEACE for the second year; but they also sponsored
N. Oakland Community Day on Sept. 21. In July, a very talented group of young artists from Destiny came over to the infamous CHALK4PEACE sign
on Adeline to embellish it, and to leave their chalk marks 4 peace... We thank Renee Heider, Executive Director of Destiny and Carolyn Gramstorff,
Director of NOCCS, and everyone who encouraged the creative participation of their students, faculty, and neighborhood!
