Bush League: The Past Four Years"
a wall sculpture made of porcelain
7 x 13' x 9" Installed at 3107 Clarendon Blvd., Arlington, VA
Oct. 2004
Collection of David Shurtz, esq.
Made by John Aaron
Considered one of the premier sculptural commentaries
about politics on public display in the U.S., the controversial
work has been under scrutiny and critique since its beginnings
as part of the "Pantheon of Scoundrels" in 2002.
The window that protects it was mysteriously cracked in the Fall of 2005;
subsequent windstorms destroyed the glass panel in 2006.
The panel has since been replaced. The work was not damaged.
