CHALK4PEACE 2008 St. George's Cathedral, Cape Town, South Africa
CHALK4PEACE '08 kicked off worldwide 9/12/08 in Africa with the COMMUNITY ARTS Therapy programme
encouraging more than 100 young artists (of all ages) to leave their messages for peace
on the steps of St. George's Cathedral on a bright sunny day. Out thanks to Dean Rowan
for allowing us to draw on the steps of St. George's...and for joining in himself!
This is the third year for this project in Cape Town; and Angela Rackstraw, the C4P Coordinator and Director
of CATh, has spread the word to sites elsewhere in S. Africa, and in Ireland and England as well!
THANK YOU CAPE TOWN for helping us repaint the planet the colors of peace!
