CHALK4PEACE '10 KAUAI HAWAII
On January 18, 2010 at the Kukui Grove Shopping Center, Kauai, Hawaii, the Aloha Peace Project organized a special CHALK4PEACE event to include
in the observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. Laura Taylor, director of the APP, gave kudos to the sponsors: Annaleah Atkinson from the Interfaith
Round Table who organized the MLK Day celebration; Kukui Grove Shopping Center who provided a space for residents and visitors to chalk on the malls'
walkway; and John Aaron, founder of CHALKK4PEACE, for having the vision for this international event. The Aloha Peace Project provided flyers, supplies,
volunteers, and photographer, Scott Oakley. Thank you from CHALK4PEACE for working so hard to keep Peace in the minds and hearts of us all.
